You can try this Q&A: Disable "Mouse battery low" spam notification

For ubuntu 17.10 go to org –> gnome –> settings-daemon –> plugins
–> power Alter the β€œpercentage-low” setting to what you want. I changed from 10% to 4%.

Not having the problem you have means I can’t test it though…

⇧ A new command combining apt update && apt upgrade in 18.04 or some later beta? Laptop automatically suspending after lid closed and reopened  β‡©
